The Clearwater River, located in north central Idaho, offers excellent ocean run Steelhead fishing. These 10-20 pound fish are best from September through April. We fish with drift bait, pull plugs, or use flies with our comfortable drift boats. Larger Chinook Salmon are available in the spring.*

Seasons

• September 1 to October 15 is catch and release steelhead
• October 15 to April 15 is catch and keep steelhead
• April to June is catch and keep Chinook Salmon*

We provide:

• Professional guide
• Heated drift boat
• Quality bait and tackle
• Packed lunch on the boat

You bring:

• Idaho fishing license plus Steelhead or Salmon tags
• Camera
• Rain gear

Prices per day, per boat

• Full day $400 for 1 or 2 anglers
• Full day $325 for 1 angler
• ½ day $350 for 1 or 2 anglers
• ½ day $275 for 1 angler

Full day is 8 hours of fishing, beginning at dawn. ½ day ends at noon.

50% deposit required to secure trips

While in Kooskia, stay at the Western Motor Inn
