The South Fork and Middle Fork American Rivers are located in the heart of central California's Gold Country, in the scenic Sierra Nevada foothills about an hour east of Sacramento near Placerville and Auburn. In addition to wonderful whitewater rafting, this unique area offers many activites and places of interest to enjoy after your rafting trip.
